Uruguay School House
A couple months ago we finished our first RST school house in Uruguay, in the small town of Dolores. It was cold, windy, and rainy, but that didn't stop the 6 man team from getting the school built in 10 days of construction. Juan was the young lead man from the Aguascalientes, Mexico plant that went down to train the Uruguayan team, who learned very quickly the advantages of building with RST. The architect Gonzalo Lazcano coordinated the project, and this was his first experience using the RST system.
Hace un par de meses terminamos nuestra primera aula en Uruguay, en el pequeño poblado de Dolores. Fueron dias muy frias, lluviosas, con viento, pero eso no freno al equipo de seis hombres quienes terminaron el aula en tan solo 10 dias de construccion. Juan, el joven tecnico de la planta en Aguascalientes, Mexico fue quien viajo para entrenar y enseñar al equipo Uruguayo acerca de los ventajas de construir con RST. Arquitecto Gonzalo Lazcano coordinó el proyecto, siendo su primera experiencia con el sistema RST.
